Activated alumina and molecular sieve, as the most widely used adsorption and drying media, use their internal microporous structure and large specific surface area to achieve low-cost and efficient drying effect

Atmosphere contains a certain amount of water, in the process of being compressed or deep cooling separation(or cryogenic separation), moisture will be released, when the larger the proportion of being compressed, the higher the concentration of moisture will be, this gaseous water will condense into liquid water, which will lead to rust and failure of compressed air systems such as compressors or valve bodies. To avoid problems in the compressed air system, pre-drying of the air before compression is required.

Activated alumina and molecular sieve, as the most widely used adsorption and drying media, use their internal microporous structure and large specific surface area to achieve low-cost and efficient drying effect. This allows for the effective removal of moisture from the compressed air during the pre-treatment process prior to compression and ensures the proper operation of the compressed air system.

Alumina Technology, with rich and professional experiences, can suggest different adsorbent and desiccant, matching solutions according to different needs of customers, the dew points can be treated from -20°C to -80°C. It can also provide customers with simulation data of adsorption and desorption of adsorbents under different conditions.
