Strong regeneration ability for hydrogenation degradation, increased degradation in hydrogenation reaction into effective anthraquinone, is beneficial to the oxidation reaction, and reduce the amount of anthraquinone added, saving the operation cost.
Alumina for hydrogen peroxide ensures good mechanical properties and small changes in activity after regeneration. After the testing and evaluation and industrial application in many hydrogen peroxide industries, it has less floating powder, low abrasion, large specific surface area, large regeneration capacity, long service life, and the performance is comparable with other international similar products.

Activated alumina is used for the regeneration of working fluid degradation in the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, especially the production device of palladium catalyst and three-component nickel catalyst, there is no ideal means of regeneration of the working fluid at present, and it mainly relies on activated alumina for regeneration.

Our special activated alumina adsorbent for hydrogen peroxide is a white, spherical porous substance; it is insoluble in water, ester, hydrocarbon, alcohol, and other organic solvents, and has the advantages of no pulverization in water and alkali, no softening, high clarification, long service life, and strong degradation and regeneration ability of anthraquinone derivatives, and it is the special adsorbent for the anthraquinone method of hydrogen peroxide production. In addition to adsorbing alkali in the working solution, this product has strong regeneration ability for hydrogenation degradation, which can convert the increased degradation in hydrogenation reaction into effective anthraquinone, ensure the stability of the total effective anthraquinone amount, which is beneficial to the oxidation reaction, and reduce the amount of anthraquinone added, saving the operation cost.

At the same time, taking into account the need for regeneration, alumina for hydrogen peroxide ensures good mechanical properties and small changes in activity after regeneration.
